MenAlive presents :: A SNOWY WHITE CHRISTMAS

"Heigh Ho, Heigh Ho! It's off to sing we go!" To jump-start the holidays and our "Practically Perfect" 13th Season, MenAlive will present our winter concert "A SNOWY WHITE CHRISTMAS," our own unique "sequel" to the beloved classic fairy tale--opening December 6 for three performances at the Barclay Theatre in Irvine. Featuring a brand-new, original story, "A SNOWY WHITE CHRISTMAS" is a song-and-dance spectacular set several years after the beautiful Snow White and her handsome Prince rode off to live their 'happily ever after.' The lovely couple have since married and now have a young son named... what else? Snowy! And like his famous fairy tale mom, he too wishes to find his one true love... Joy and cheer are all around as the family reunites with the seven dwarfs and their furry forest friends in a small cottage deep in the snowy woods to celebrate the holiday season. But--oh no--trouble is brewing because Snow White's Wicked StepSister has some sneaky ideas up her sleeve to spoil all the fun. Will she succeed or will our heroes triumph and relive their 'happily ever after?' Filled with magical moments, colorful costumes, festive dance numbers, and some gorgeous musical arrangements sung by our 120-voice chorus, "A SNOWY WHITE CHRISTMAS" will blend music from the popular animated classic as well as familiar seasonal tunes that will surely warm your hearts and brighten your holiday spirits.
